We try to give you as much useful information as we can about all of our products, including:

We never want to send you something that doesn’t fit properly and understand that sizing can sometimes differ between brands. Take a look at the information below to find out the measurements of our garments which can be viewed in both Inches and Centimetres (CM).

What is Skyrora’s approach to packaging?
We have invested a huge amount of time and resources into making sure our current packaging is as sustainable and environmentally friendly as it can be. Whether it’s the pros and cons of compostable packaging vs biodegradable, or working out ways to extend the life of our packaging, we’re on it.
We believe our current packaging set-up is the most sustainable we can achieve right now. We have done lots of research on this, and we are confident about the choices we have made – but we are always looking at ways we can improve, and we will be updating these pages to keep you up-to-date with our progress.

What is the difference between compostable and biodegradable packaging?
There are a few differences, but first it helps to explain the different types of biodegradable packaging, which can either be plant-based or oil-based.
Oil-based biodegradable packaging is made in the same way as plastic, with additional chemicals added to make it degrade when it is exposed to the right conditions. It breaks down into small plastic fragments (microplastics) at the end of its life and can not naturally return to the environment. It cannot be recycled with mainstream plastics due to the chemicals that have been added, and is closer to non-recyclable plastic packaging than compostable packaging.
Plant-based biodegradable packaging is similar to compostable packaging, and the only big difference is the time it takes for the packaging to break down. Certified compostable packaging breaks down in about six months, while biodegradable packaging takes longer, typically well over a year.
How can I recycle Skyrora packaging?
Our packaging is 100% recyclable, you can just pop it in with your usual recycling.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
You will receive a shipping notice via e-mail when your order has been shipped. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of being placed. Due to constraints because of current events, shipments may be delayed.
How long will International Shipping take?

Refunds & Returns
How do I return a product?
You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of when your order is delivered. Refunds will be returned to your original method of payment within 7-10 days of Skyrora receiving your return. To return your order, please send an e-mail with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org, and a Skyrora representative will be in touch. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Can I get a price adjustment on an item I have already purchased?
As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock, promotional offers and demand from customers. This does mean an item can change in price after you have purchased it.
Sadly, we are not able to adjust prices or offer a refund or credit for the difference in price.
What types of payments does Skyrora accept?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted, including Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay. An existing PayPal account can also be used to make an online payment.
To reduce the risk of a declined payment, please make sure your personal details are correct and match those registered to your bank account.
When paying via PayPal, you will be re-directed to the PayPal website to complete your payment. You will need to login with your PayPal username and password. Please check the details on the PayPal site before confirming the payment. If you are not yet a PayPal customer, you can still use this payment method by registering for a new account or using the credit card payment option to pay as a guest on the PayPal website.
